About me
I founded Simplificator in Zurich in 2007. I built it and I led it. In 2026 I handed it over. What stayed with me is building teams, and how technology moves work.
Before that I led software development at starticket. I taught software at ZHAW. I studied physics at ETH Zurich.

How I help
I am your navigator. I give you a starting point, and you do the work or build on it. We talk in between, so you can hold the course yourself. When you need more, I do more with you: coding, automating, processing.
Most people still steer their AI tools by hand, step by step. A small script or a tool that is set up once can take over parts of that work and do it the same way every time. We start with where your time goes and which work you do not like doing. Often that is repetitive, boring work, or work that needs constant attention. Together we automate it, so that work gets more precise and more reliable.
- You stop losing hours you already worked, so every week closes clean.
- You catch the things that slip through when you do it all by hand, so nothing gets missed and nothing has to be redone.
- You always know what is open and what is done, so nothing quietly dies in a notebook.
When a CTO already sits in the seat, I work beside them. Your people keep building. I help with the architecture, the sequence, and the review. If you do not have people who keep building yet, I can help you find the right team.
The loop
Bots draft in a loop. A person reviews. I stand behind the work.
What I expect
- Human-level AI will cost $1000 in 2029.
- Credible working humanoid robots are a few years out. At CES in January 2026, Nvidia's press release said the ChatGPT moment for robotics is here. On stage, Jensen Huang said it is nearly here.*
- We have no good intuition for exponential growth. For a lot of people, what was coming for years still feels sudden.
- Judgment, sequence, and a person's name on the result stay scarce. Tools moved faster than most companies did.
* Not quite yet.
