Work

Before you let someone help you steer, you want to know where they learned it. This is the work I can show you, so you can judge whether a few days with me would help.

2007-2026

Simplificator

I founded Simplificator in Zurich in 2007. I built the company and ran it until 2026, when I sold it and handed it over. The company designed and built software for its clients.

In those years the technology changed many times, and each change moved the work inside the company. I learned to build teams that can turn with it. That is what I bring aboard when I spend a day with your people, so you can learn from turns I have already made.

A project from those years belongs to the client as well as to me. I name it here when the client wants the story public.

HelvetiKit

HelvetiKit shows what rigging the boat looks like in practice. It takes one narrow job and packages it as an agent a company can use. When the job needs a person, the agent points to that person by name.

I am building it with Ricco Griglio and Christian Schimmel. It is in progress. It is my own build, so you can see how I work before we work together.

The days

A few days aboard

When we work together, I spend days with your team. We set the architecture, the sequence and the review. We leave a loop your people run themselves, so you can hold your course after I leave.

HelvetiKit is a product the company uses. The days are my time in the room with your team.

Let's have a short talk about where you stand.
