Company context

A bot only helps with the company knowledge it can see.

Your people can already ask a bot to draft a mail or summarize a thread. The answer stays thin when the bot cannot see the contract, the file, or the deal. That knowledge sits in the systems the company already runs.

The step is to connect those systems. Mail. File storage. The CRM. The other tools where the work lives. Then a bot can help with a real task, because it can read the context of that task. For a smaller company, connecting those systems is a first level of automation.

People have to be okay sharing some of that information with the bot. Set up correctly, that knowledge is not used to train a model, and the model does not remember anything after the chat. Say that before anyone connects a mailbox. The setup has to match the sentence.

This is for someone who runs a smaller company and wants that start. They decide what the bot is allowed to see.

Still open

Which system to connect first, how the team reviews what the bot drafts, and whether this is the right start for a given company. There is no list of companies doing this, and no result to quote.

If this becomes work between us, the work is days with your team. I am not selling you a bot.
